Clinical Evaluation of the Suprol on Orthopaedics

Abstract
|
|
|
Suprol is known to be highly effective on various painful conditions, especially for elimination of postoperative pain and so would logically be applied in orthopedic field.
A clinical study was carried out in 38 patients who were in painful conditions following operation (soft tissue operation; 14, bone operation; 24). The patients received daily dose of 1200mg Suprol for one to seven days. Suprol proved to have alleviation and/or elimination of pain in 78% of them all.
Side effects were skin eruption in one patient and nausea in one patient.
The result of this study has shown that Suprol is an effective and safe analgesic and worthy of clinical utility.
